FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How does it work?

You register on the platform, deposit your items into our secure warehouse, and we handle the sale.

You set the price.
We find the buyer.
Once sold, the money is transferred to your account instantly (minus commission).

How do you make money?

We operate on a commission-based model.

Standard sellers pay a 10% commission per sale.
Premium sellers pay a 5% commission per sale.

There are no fees for buyers.

How much does Premium cost?

Premium memberships cost $50,000 per month.

We also periodically give away premium vouchers and may introduce a referral system that allows sellers to earn premium access for free.

What do I get with Premium?

Premium is designed for high-volume and high-value sellers.

Benefits include:

Reduced commission rates (5% instead of 10)
Pricing history and market insights
Priority seller support
Early access to new platform features

Additional premium-only tools are actively being developed.

How do I know my items are safe?

Every seller signs a formal agreement with us. If an item is lost or mishandled, we pay the fair market value.

We also enforce strict internal SOPs:

Staff only access what is required for a specific transaction.
No single individual has full control over inventory.
Chain-of-custody is tracked at all times.

Inventory is treated as capital, not clutter.

How much does it cost to buy something on the platform?

Buyers pay nothing.

All platform fees are covered by the seller.

Why choose us over Vespucci shops?

Vespucci shops are constrained by physical locations and recurring costs.

Vespucci shops:

Are limited to a small number of storefronts.
Require buyers to physically travel and hope inventory is available.
Require renewal every 18–22 hours.
Charge daily fees plus a 10% commission.

Our platform centralizes inventory, removes renewal requirements, and provides consistent exposure without physical overhead.

Do listings expire or need renewal?

No.

Listings remain active until they are sold or manually removed by the seller.

Who sets item prices?

Sellers set their own prices.

Premium sellers also receive access to pricing history to help stay competitive.
